IZUMINKA FASHION EXPO
Previous film festivals have attracted filmmakers from all corners of the globe, many attend to witness their film on the big screen and to meet with local audiences. The new format for the film festival includes the dynamics of Izuminka, a fashion expo that highlights the skills and talent of community designers, models, make up artists and stylists. The fashion show includes a focus on national costumes as well as designer crafts. “A national costume is a common visualization abroad, but Americans do not have this custom, making this a great opportunity to inspire our local audience with cultures from around the world,” said Gray.
